Thanks Stephmodo

We had a yummy, healthy dinner last night (until we got to dessert). 

Try this...Hazelnut Encrusted Salmon and  summer squash and corn pasta and strawberry rhubarb crisp. Ohh and the most divine eclaires from the master baker - my neighbor - Danny. Thank you!

**For the salmon I tried the frozen salmon fillets at Costco and we were quite pleased.

Annie, you are so nice!! Thanks for your kind offer, but I think I will be good on help. My brother Jayson is coming out with me to Utah (he'll be starting his freshman year) and is going to help me pack up the house (and in turn i'll help him get settled in in his dorm room). Kate and Laur have offered to steal Jayne away while I get stuff done with my brother and I know that will be just as much fun for them as it will be for me. If things fall threw- I'll know who to call though :)

I hope you guys are having a fun summer. The meal you just posted about sounds so good. I love the Costco salmon. We have had that a couple occasions already here at Deep Creek (we do a huge costco run before we go up here) and is so good.

I made the salmon and the squash and corn pasta tonight. We loved them both! I used whole wheat thin spaghetti. Loved loved the salmon.
