Worm Busters

How gross is this? After all our spring rain, I went down to our basement and found it crawling with WORMS. They were big too. And they were quick. Teague and I watched one worm make it from the basement door across our basement. So today, Gavin and I took the shop-vac down and did a little clean-up. Gavin takes this kind of work very seriously. This is his kind of work. Hopefully, Kenyon will be able to do whatever is necessary to fill the gap where the worms are sneaking in.

That is sooooo gross. I bet Gavin loved sucking up those worms. I remember the first time we spent Christmas in St. George he was really into collecting the bugs he would find behind the couches and stuff.

I saw some worms today (poor guys thought it was warm enough to go out but not here in UT, right?) in our garage and thought of your basement.

I would totally freak out if I came across that scene in my basement. Like attack of the earth worms/arachnophobia creepy! I don't mind handling the slimy things when fishing or finding them in the garden, but that's cause it's nature and I expect them there. In your HOUSE?? Oh, I'm getting the chills - I can't even think about it!

Yeah. um. good luck.

I hope Gavin so enjoyed that. My boys love to do that kind of stuff.

Fry those up, a little mustard, catchup, and a little boy to eat them...

So glad you are normal... you almost seem bionic at times. You amaze me. I bought you a treat at the chocolate shop, then Lauren and I ate it when you weren't home. Sorry.
